Hi, I’m Bailey.
I am a storyteller of many mediums, a writer, filmmaker, photographer, graphic designer, and conservation media creator whose work is driven by my passion for wildlife and wild places.
After completing Digital Arts and New Media at Selkirk College of the Arts, I have spent my career committing the work I do in the digital landscape towards protecting the natural one.
My work has won awards at film festivals, featured in magazines, scientific reports, and conservation campaigns.
I currently work as the communications and engagement lead at Wildsight, focusing on story, strategy, content creation and philanthropy, but am taking on a few clients for photography and film work alongside some passion projects.
Wanting to pursue further knowledge to push wild stories (and to aid in my lifelong ambition of making science more accessible to all) I am also currently taking on a degree in Environmental Practice at Royal Roads University.
In my spare time, I can be found in the mountains on a human-powered adventure with my dog Tully and conservationist partner Eddie, drinking freshly brewed coffee, or in the saddle on top of a horse.
Currently rooted in k̓ukamaʔnam (Kimberley, BC) within the unceded Ktunaxa ʔamakʔis.
